Whats on Your Plate - Conduct on-ground rider audits to ensure compliance with hygiene appearance uniform and behavior standards.
- Manage crowd control during peak hours promotional events and high-traffic locations to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle de-escalation between riders vendors and customers providing quick professional resolutions to prevent escalation of conflicts.
- Support vendor relations by addressing operational challenges acting as a liaison for smoother processes.
- Provide real-time updates on on-ground issues to relevant internal teams for swift resolution.
- Deliver safety training refreshers and updates to riders ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
- Participate in special projects aimed at operational improvement rider experience enhancement or safety campaigns.
