A leading provider in the textile and hospitality industry is looking to add a Quoting Specialist to their team. This company works with all types of clients and provides a range of products including fabric window treatments, bedding, quilting, roller shades, and custom designs. The quoting specialist is responsible for managing all incoming quote emails and RFQs, serving as the initial point of contact for clients and internal teams. This role performs upfront fact‑finding by asking the right, brand‑specific questions, such as property type, design theme, build‑to and ship‑to locations, ADA room requirements, and preferred schemes. The quoting specialist creates and manages job numbers, maintains an accurate quote log in Excel and Epicor, and assigns each request to the appropriate quoter while tracking progress.
