As a Research Aide, you are a part of a vital team working with growing children. As a part of that team, you will be guided by our staff both inside and outside the classroom. Your assistance is important to assure that the daily plans and routines are developmentally appropriate for every child in your care.

As Business Management majors, this experience will allow you to learn how to work with others, manage multiple responsibilities, what it means to be a non-profit business and so much more.
