Role Summary
Join the Radio R&D/PHY System team to develop and optimize millimeter-wave PtMP radios. You will focus on RF performance, partnering with PHY/DSP, modem, antenna, and embedded teams to meet product KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Support RF architecture and design trade-offs (gain/linearity/noise, LO/frequency planning, front-end optimization).Develop and own RF control & calibration (gain/phase, IQ/DC, LO leakage, temp/aging compensation).Lead RF bring-up, characterization, and verification using lab instrumentation; automate measurements where possible.Drive radio KPI improvements: EVM, output power, ACLR/spectral mask, sensitivity, spurs/phase noise.Provide cross-functional debug support and input to RFIC/board/antenna revisions.Support full lifecycle: prototype → validation → production transfer → sustaining.
