We are seeking a talented individual to lead the Mercer Rewards Consulting Practice for Southeast Asia. This role will be based in Singapore. This role will be responsible for spearheading and elevating the broad-based Rewards Consulting Practice across the region and is accountable for the delivery of innovative, market-leading solutions that empower organizations to attract, engage, and retain talent across multiple Southeast Asian markets. The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in expanding and strengthening Mercer’s rewards consulting footprint across diverse markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and beyond.
