What you will do
Support end to end Reward processes across assigned countries.Participate in the annual market benchmarking exercise and Reward reporting to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.Support the annual compensation review and annual variable pay computation to ensure timely and accurate payment and strong data integrity.Provide data driven insights and recommendations to support compensation decisions.Ensure accurate and timely delivery of Reward activities in line with statutory requirements and company policies.Ensure adherence to Reward policies, procedures and governance standards.Contribute to the successful delivery of Global Reward services as part of the broader HR service delivery model.Work closely with HR Business Partners and other HR teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.Collaborate cross functionally to support b...
