At CHANEL, we areseekinga highlyorganisedand detail-oriented Reward Operations Specialist to support the effective delivery of our employee benefits offering.This role is central to ensuring that CHANEL’s reward operations are delivered with accuracy,consistencyand a strong focus on employee experience. With a primary focus on benefits administration, you will manage day-to-day operations, provide support to employees, and ensure the integrity ofrelevantdata and processes.

You will also contribute to the ongoing evolution of our ways of working bydemonstratingcuriosity for technology, digitaltoolsand emerging practices, including the potential application of AI within Reward operations.
