Aon (Radford McLagan) is currently recruiting a Data Solutions Director to lead the Life Sciences Data Solutions team to drive growth for our UK Life Sciences segment, with a primary focus on our Radford McLagan Compensation Database (RMCD).

This is a strategic growth role, responsible for data coverage, commercial expansion, and data‑led consulting for the UK Life Sciences sector. The successful candidate will lead our efforts to deepen market penetration, expand RMCD’s relevance and usage, and build a vibrant client community through trends, insights and thought leadership.
