The Pay, Reward and Payroll Manager is responsible for leading the organisation’s pay, reward and payroll framework, ensuring it supports organisational objectives, workforce sustainability and financial governance.
The role provides strategic and operational leadership across pay structures, reward mechanisms, payroll delivery and market competitiveness. The postholder will ensure pay and reward arrangements are equitable, transparent, legally compliant and responsive to labour market pressures, while maintaining strong payroll controls and service resilience.
The role requires significant analytical expertise, strong leadership capability and the ability to work in partnership with Trade Unions, senior leaders and key stakeholders to deliver effective and sustainable reward solutions.
