Job Description
As a Reward and EVP Partner, you will support the design, delivery, and day‑to‑day operation of Together's reward, recognition, and benefits programmes. Operating within a regulated financial services environment, you will ensure all reward activities are compliant, market‑competitive, and aligned to the company's strategy, regulatory expectations (FCA/PRA), and internal governance standards.
As a Reward and EVP Partner, we are looking for someone to:
- Support the delivery of annual reward cycles, including salary reviews, bonus awards, and promotions, ensuring accurate data, consistent policy application, and strong audit governance
- Maintain and update reward policies, job architecture, pay frameworks, and benefits documentation in line with regulatory and market requirements
