Job Description
We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with a detailed understanding of reward principles, job architecture and compliance, and who can support the delivery of competitive and compliant reward programmes aligned to global direction and local needs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and benchmarking to support competitive compensation and benefits offerings. Analyse, model and evaluate reward data, producing accurate reports and insights to inform decision making. Support annual salary review and bonus processes, including data preparation and analysis.
