Position Overview
Our client is a fast-growing AI company building a modern go-to-market engine around clean data, tight tooling, and high-velocity automation. We are looking for a Rev Ops leader to own the backbone of our GTM systems. This role is designed for a technical builder who can bridge the gap between business strategy and engineering rigor. You will own the strategic design of our revenue funnel while simultaneously building the plumbing, APIs, and AI-forward automations that make our Sales and Marketing teams faster and more measurable. Own the current GTM tech stack, acting as the primary administrator for Salesforce (SFDC) and Hub Spot. Lead the end-to-end rollout of new GTM tools rom requirements gathering and configuration to adoption. Build and maintain high-fidelity dashboards and reporting across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leadership, covering the full lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
