Platzi is the largest technology school in the Hispanic world, with over 7 million students and 4,000 companies using our platform to develop technical and professional skills. Our mission is to make Latin America a technology superpower by training individuals and organizations in areas like AI, Software Development, Cybersecurity, English, Leadership, and Business.

We operate mostly remote, with team members across Latin America and key hubs in Bogotá, Mexico City, and San Francisco.

Summary

We’re looking for a RevOps Manager to lead the strategy, reliability, and evolution of our B2B revenue systems, with HubSpot as our core CRM.

This is not a CRM admin role. We need someone who can understand how our revenue operation works, identify where the CRM is limiting visibility or execution, and recommend what we should change to improve pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, Sales Enablement, and decision-making.
