Amazon is looking for a Reverse Logistics Coordintor to support the non-inventory movement of new/used technology returns to Global RAD Operation sites (GRO) around the world. This is an exciting opportunity to make history by becoming a member of a team that is focused on reducing the global spend on technology.

This role is expected to provides timely resolution to issues in hand by researching & querying internal tools, by taking real-time decisions and having an effective communication with the stakeholders (over phone, Chime or email). An ideal candidate should be able to understand the issue and be able to drive Customer Experience without compromising on time. The candidate should have the basic understanding of Logistics and should be able to communicate clearly in the verbal and written form.
