Serve as a power user and key finance stakeholder for CRM systems (Hubspots or SFDC) and revenue operations workflows, including configuration, automation, data governance, and ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite).
Design, document, and continuously improve revenue operations processes and standards to support a scalable, global revenue function.
Drive cross‑functional alignment by partnering with Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product on quote‑to‑cash workflows, bookings accuracy, and pricing updates.
Identify operational risks, develop performance measurement frameworks, and build models to evaluate workflow effectiveness.
Analyze data and deliver reporting that enhances visibility into operational performance and key revenue drivers.
Standardize dashboards, reporting, and tracking to support leadership decision‑making.
