Revenue Operations Manager – Lightspeed

Lightspeed is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Global Revenue Planning & Reporting team as the owner of forecasting operations, performance cadence, and activity reporting management. In this role, you will run the heartbeat of GTM visibility by building and maintaining the forecasting process, pacing standards, and performance reporting that GTM leaders rely on every week.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the weekly forecasting cadence, running the end‑to‑end forecast process including methodology, pacing standards, and the reporting pack that supports GTM leadership standups.
• Build and maintain forecast and pacing views, designing and operating dashboards and trackers (Clari, Salesforce) that give GTM leaders a clear, consistent, and trustworthy picture of where the business is heading.
