We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands‑on Revenue Manager with experience in holiday homes, serviced apartments, or the hospitality sector in the UAE.

This is a part‑time (approx. 10 hours per week), flexible role ideal for a professional who understands short‑term rental dynamics (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and can actively optimize pricing, occupancy, and overall revenue performance across our growing portfolio of premium apartments (currently around 10 units) in Dubai.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maximizing ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and total revenue through data‑driven pricing, demand forecasting, and smart distribution strategies.
