Position Overview
The Revenue Executive works alongside reservations and the leadership team to maximise RevPAR across all four properties. You will track demand, competition, and channel performance, and make daily pricing calls that balance occupancy and ADR.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily pick-up, pace, and on-the-books reports across all four properties.
- Recommend and implement rate changes across the PMS, booking engine, and OTA extranets.
- Maintain rate parity across direct, OTA, and travel agent channels; flag and fix breaches immediately.
- Track compset rates (key 3–5 competitors per property) through rate-shopping tools or manual checks.
- Produce a weekly revenue dashboard covering occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, segment mix, and channel contribution.
- Partner with the Reservations team to implement LOS restrictions, MLOS, CTA, and promo codes for high-demand dates.
