About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong Revenue Integrity Coder to join our Revenue Cycle team. This role is focused entirely on identifying missed revenue opportunities, validating charge capture accuracy, investigating underpayments, and ensuring that every billable service is correctly coded and reimbursed.

This is not a production coding role. It requires someone who thinks like an investigator, is comfortable working with large account inventories, and can translate coding knowledge into measurable revenue impact.
