What does this job entail?
You will support the organization to make decisions on how to maximize the revenue potential.
Besides that, the main responsibilities are:
Work closely with other functions to influence decision making across the business
Improve RGM knowledge & capabilities roadmap within the business unit
Business partnering to sales teams during negotiations using profit pool analysis by customer
Lead, motivate and develop indirect teams to higher strategic and proactive level to achieve KPIs
Work closely with RGM Center of Excellence
Lead the RGM process and levers between:
