Job Summary

• The successful candidate will join our team as an Officer for Revenue Assurance in the Finance Department. (S)He will report to the Margin Assurance Manager and will provide the business with assurance services on prepaid revenues by preventing leakages.

• The individual will also be responsible for professional audits either individually or as a team leader to ensure quality products and identify and mitigate risks as part of revenue assurance value addition.

Key Responsibilities

In the context of Revenue Assurance Frameworks and the Sales to Collect process in the ICM, the Revenue Assurance Officer is to support and responsible for the implementation and execution of all Prepaid Controls:

• Ensuring 100% Implementation and Execution of all Prepaid End to End and Related Controls.

• Ensure Controls on Prepaid (Voice, SMS, Data) are fully designed, implemented, executed, and formalized to mitigate risks....
