We're looking for a Returns Logistics Coordinator to join a dynamic Procurement Department based in Pinelands, Cape Town . Responsibilities Handling customer returns and warranty verifications Coordinating testing and repair/replacement processes with suppliers Managing stock movements, mini stock takes, and full monthly stock counts Receiving deliveries, logging returns, and processing credit notes Maintaining accurate pricing and system entries (Hansa) Qualifications / Who we’re looking for Strong communicator with great people skills Excellent time management and organisation Confident on the phone and in handling multiple tasks Computer literate with a keen eye for detail Proactive, professional, and calm under pressure
