One (1) Year Renewal Contract

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Returns & CS Admin Officer to manage product returns, RMA processes, and after-sales operations. This role to ensuring efficient handling of returns, warranty validation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Returns (DR) Management

• Handle return requests by validating the reason and eligibility, then secure DR approval.
• Manage exchanges, repairs, or refunds promptly while coordinating with customers, engineers, dealers and relevant departments.
• Monitor the status of returns, analyze causes, and recommend improvement measures.
• Classify returned products based on inspection results and assigned grades.
