Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage retrofit and renovation projects from concept to handover, including planning, execution and close‑out.
- Lead project planning, scheduling and coordination ensuring timelines, quality and cost control.
- Prepare and review HAP (Heat Load Analysis) and support HVAC design decisions.
- Review, prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings, design shop drawings and as‑builts.
- Provide technical support to QS and Estimation teams during tendering, variations and cost evaluations.
- Oversee MEP installations and designs ensuring compliance with codes, standards and approved specifications.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors including scope definition, performance monitoring and site execution.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and end users, addressing technical queries and driving satisfaction.
