As a Retirement Plans Analyst - Senior, you will be a key part of the Retirement Plans team supporting the HR Strategy and Transformation division of Human Resources. This role assists with the design, administration, governance, and communication of our employee and retiree retirement plans, specifically the 401(k) Plan. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in 401(k) administration, demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, have a passion for process improvement, and be comfortable communicating with employees at all levels, including leaders.
