Job Title: D2 C Retention Marketer
Role Overview
We’re looking for a D2 C Retention Marketer who understands that growth doesn’t end at the first order.
Your core responsibility will be to increase repeat purchase rate, LTV, and customer engagement using lifecycle marketing channels like Whats App, Email, SMS, and CRM automation.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be building flows, launching campaigns, analyzing cohorts, and continuously improving retention metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
Own and scale customer retention & repeat purchase programs
Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle journeys across:
Whats App
Email
SMS
Improve key metrics:
Repeat purchase rate
Customer LT
Revenue from retention channels
Whats App Marketing (Core Focus)
Build and manage Whats App automation flows :
