Own Loyalty Program on The Whole Truth website.
● Own execution and performance of remarketing campaigns via Emails, WhatsApp, etc. that
improves customer lifetime value and brings back lapsed customers.
● Setup automated retargeting journeys using marketing automation toolslike Insider to drive
higher retention.
● Executing on-site experiments and campaignsto boost conversion rates and reduce
abandonment across the purchasing funnel.
● Drive growth & engagement through conceptualising great design and copy across all
remarketing channels.
Skills and Competencies
Must have
● Prior experience of working on a CRM/Marketing automation tool like Insider, Klaviyo,
Clevertap or Webengage.
● Proficiency with MS Excel & Google Sheets.
● Ability to craft own creatives and copy (especially short form copy).
