Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury Beauty brands with business around the world.
Report to and work closely with Training Manager to identify, design and develop training programs for frontline / operation employees Compile, review and update training materials as well as deliver training contents to target audience focusing in product knowledge and customer services Act as a facilitator to effective the delivery of classroom trainings towards the training outcome and objectives Work closely with operation managers to identify the training needs towards the brand’s positioning and direction as well as perform effective coaching to drive and maintain a high quality of services level Propose training / recognizing ideas and concepts from time to time to enhance the training effectiveness and performance outcome with the objective to maximizing the sales performance as a whole Monitor ...
