Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Lead, coach, and motivate retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
- Support daily store operations, merchandising standards, and inventory management in line with brand guidelines
- Assist customers professionally while resolving service issues and escalating complex matters when necessary
- Partner with team members to improve selling techniques, customer engagement, and overall store performance
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and brand positioning
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures across the sales floor and stockroom
Requirements - Prior experience in a supervisory or Assistant Store Manager role within the fashion retail industry
- Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
