- Minimum 5 years retail experience
- At least 3 years in a management role

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Drive sales and achieve targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff performance
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Control stock, merchandising, and store presentation
- Monitor expenses and manage budgets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
Salary
Market-related salary plus commission
