Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to SOPs and company programs.
Execute company policies and standards, holding the team accountable for store conditions and results.
Deliver the sales plan/profit plan and other KPIs in alignment with annual performance objectives; manage the team to achieve role KPIs.
Lead the execution of customer brand promises and implement shrink and safety programs to achieve goals.
Use company tools to set, prioritize and communicate goals; provide overall management to team members and customers.
Staff the store with qualified team members: hire, train, observe and coach the team to achieve results; lead performance management and disciplinary processes; identify talent and develop advancement.
