Position Overview
Responsibilities:
• Update and enforce store manuals, policies, and procedures to meet standards.
• Coordinate store launches and monitor inventory and supply levels.
• Oversee staff performance, training, and scheduling.
• Resolve issues involving inventory, sales, merchandising, and operations.
• Develop and run multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Conduct customer surveys, market research, and competitor analyses.
• Manage promotional materials, sales programs, and incentives.
• Liaise with external marketing or advertising partners as needed.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail operations, specifically in a supervisory or team lead role.
