Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement - Assist customers with product selection and provide wine recommendations
- Upsell premium wines and cross-sell related products (e.g., accessories, gourmet items)
- Promote in-store promotions, membership programs, and events
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Cashiering & Store Operations - Handle cashiering duties and operate POS system accurately
- Ensure smooth and efficient checkout process
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store at all times
- Ensure shelves, displays, and wine racks are organized and visually appealing
- Follow proper storage standards (temperature, lighting, handling)
