Job Purpose
Drive retail sales efficiency, data accuracy, process execution, and channel health Own end-to-end sales operation support for offline stores, brand stores and KFM Stores to hit turnover and profit targets.
Key Responsibilities
A. Sales Planning & Target Management
Translate overall retail goals into monthly/weekly sell-in, and SKU-level targets for channels/stores.Build sales forecasting (weekly/monthly) and track gap vs. plan; initiate corrective actions.Develop and manage sales budget, trade investment, and ROI for retail promotions.Align with product/marketing on product lifecycle, launch timing, SKU rationalization, and phase-out.B. Retail Channel & Partner Management
Support and monitor key retail accounts and conduct retail partner performance reviews Ensure contract terms, listing, pricing, margin, and rebate policies
