Duties and Responsibilities Allocating Sales Targets and ensuring that they are achieved. Ensure staff always deliver excellent customer service. Provide sales service in store on copy center orders, passport id, etc. Adhering to Merchandising Standards. Manage staff effectively. Inspire, motivate, and develop your staff compliment to drive sales and excellent work performance. Maintain work procedures and hold staff accountable should standards not be met. Be responsible for the day-to-day running of operations and sales. Provide daily reporting on sales to staff and management. Ensure that all employees have on-going training and development, including excellent product knowledge. Complete daily report as requested by Management. Ensuring all departments has enough stock.
