Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Recommend suitable products and provide accurate product information.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
Maintain cleanliness and proper display of merchandise in the store.
Process sales transactions and manage cash/POS system accurately.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Requirements
Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Positive attitude, responsible, and customer-oriented.
Able to speak multiple languages
