Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for day-to-day operations and Customer Service Perform Ear Piercing for Customers Handles cashier duty and general stock-taking Attend to sales inquiries on Company products and services Handles and respond to customer inquiries & feedback Promote and share the company stories and philosophy Ensure the cleanliness of the store by executing daily housekeeping Review weekly & monthly results and discuss the next strategy and idea with Management Other duties assigned by Store Manager Requirements: Training will be provided Willing to learn, have good initiative, and can work independently Sales experience will be an added advantage Able to work on retail hours, weekends, and public holidays (to be compensated with PH-in-lieu) Training will be provided Remuneration: Basic salary with commission Grooming, piercing, attendance, and performance incentives Staff in-store discounts Medical allowance
