Responsibilities - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Recommend suitable eyewear products based on customers’ needs and preferences
- Handle customer enquiries and provide basic product information
- Maintain accurate records of customer prescriptions, work orders, and payments
- Support daily store operations including opening, closing, and housekeeping duties
- Assist with stock replenishment, receiving, and inventory arrangement
- Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and the store environment is well maintained
- Support the team in achieving sales and service targets
- Perform other ad-hoc retail duties assigned by the supervisor
