Responsibilities - Sales and Business Development
- Provide excellent client experience and timely, pertinent follow-up for both prospective clients and owners (Customer service)
- Propose clients for, and participate in, local activation events in line with the Brand Universe
- Support colleagues in their sales by helping to prepare invoices, gifts, packaging
- Ensure requests and enquiries (online, email, phone) are followed up in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain a high level of sales technique and watchmaking savoir-faire knowledge
- Follow-up with customer repairs liaising with customer care in Southampton and Swiss headquarters
- Provide reliable information to customers in all matters relating to sales and customer service
