Job Description
• Demo Deployment & Maintenance: Assisting in developing demo requirements for retail demo devices and supporting the deployment of product retail launches within the North American region. This includes executing multiple retail demo content and software updates year-round across Wearables product lines.
• Partner Collaboration: Developing demo technical requirements for regional retail display partners. You will partner closely with the Global Channel Experiences team and regional marketing to ensure demos meet the specifications of different North American retailers.
• Field Support & Training: Creating demo best practices training and documentation for developers and marketing partners. You will work closely with the Field sales team to understand potential issues, building tech solutions that are field-friendly and supporting fixture tech maintenance through troubleshooting documents.
