Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in retail partnerships, offline sales, or business development
• Experience working with clinics, pharmacies, salons, or consumer retail is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with field visits and relationship-based selling
• Ability to negotiate and close partnerships independently
• Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
