Supports a positive customer-centric experience by proactively acknowledging and engaging every customer. Utilizes and understands the selling program to promote the sale of the best solution as well as additional products and/or services. Maintains awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales and loyalty programs. Store Operations Commitment:
Consistently maintains store and print department appearance to company guidelines and keeps a neat, clean, well-stocked environment. Adheres to all standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation. Follows the established sorting and stocking guidelines and completes freight processes.
