Job Description
• Develop and implement retail operations programs to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including channel marketing, sales, logistics, and external partners to align program goals and objectives
• Analyze retail operations data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them
• Develop and manage relationships with retail partners, external vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Create and manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Develop and deliver program reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate program risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Develop and implement change management plans to ensure seamless execution of retail operations programs
