Position Overview
Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing daily sales reporting
- Preparing monthly/yearly sales and operations report
- Memo posting, stock-taking and inventory management
- Any other ad hoc retail operation, administration duties
- Responsible for initiation, completion and follow up on projects to support the team
- Liaising with inter- departments for ops matters (Payroll, sales closing and etc.)
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience retail operations support.
- Must be computer savvy and fluent in English, being multilingual would be an added advantage.
- Good ability to executive to timelines, standards and budget, meticulous with an eye for details.
