Position Overview
Position Purpose:
As the Retail Operations Executive, you will manage the sales and operation function of the business. Reporting to the Senior Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing market reports, sales reports and sales commission and incentive reports. You will lead and motivate the retail staffs across numerous counters within Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
Build and achieve retail / counter sales with knowledge of sales trending, trade stock holdings and historical sales/targets. Tracking of daily counter sales.Build and maintain good working relationships with retailers and customers.To work closely with marketing team and execute activities at floor level to achieve brands’ objectives in wholesales & inventory.Ensure correct standard of merchandising at respective counters according to brands’ guidelines.Setting of retail and controlling trade stock holdings for each counter.
