**Responsibilities**
- **Inventory & Supply Chain Suppor**t
- Partner closely with the Sales Forecast & Trade Planner to ensure that MaryRuth's inventory aligns with the forecasted demand.
- Monitor inventory levels and inbound schedules at 3PL partners to flag potential risks to fulfilment and to focus on fulfilling resets and key retail activity; communicate risks to Sales leads to enable proactive problem solving and timely customer communication.
- **Internal & Customer Reporting**
- Create and maintain internal and external On Time in Full (OTIF) tracking, inventory risk reports, and out of stock reporting; consistently update and distribute on a precise cadence.
- Build customer shipment reports for executive updates and field sales.
