Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures
- Analyse sales trends and identify opportunities to improve productivity
- Manage operational costs
- Prepare operational reports (sales, manpower, stock, issues)
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or related fields
- 1-3 years’ experience in retail or operations support is a plus.
- Strong people skills and ability to engage with frontline retail staff
- Self‑driven, adaptable, and solutions‑oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willing to cooperate with the work schedule, including weekends and public holidays, and able to work rotating morning and evening shifts.
