About the role
As our Retail Manager (m/f/d), you will work as part of the Retail Managers team, who will align all operational activities and retail initiatives within Ingolstadt Village so as to achieve set sales targets and ensure outstanding guest experience.
Key responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.
Ensure that the Village achieves its set sales targets, retail strategy and provides an excellent customer experienceWorking closely with brand partners and assure a consistent execution excellenceAssist and provide guidelines to store managers on profitable in-store presentation, customer service and ways of improvingCoordinate and daily management of store staff, programmes and activities to achieve optimum inventory levels and merchandise selection at all times
