Position Overview
Operational Excellence & Consistency - Oversee daily operations across all locations to ensure consistent quality in dessert and services
- Enforce SOP and brand standards across all sites
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain high cleanliness safety, hygiene and service standards
- Manage all on ground maintenance such as pest control, food license, floor trap and equipment
Sales Performance - Analyse sales data and KPIs to set targets and implement strategies to boost performance
- Provide regular updates on performance of Limited-Time-Offer campaigns and products
- Manage inventories and procurement to ensure smooth supply chain
People leadership & development - Onboard staff on site and store management
- Coach and mentor store leads to drive performance, motivate teams and develop leaders.
- Plan staffing needs, scheduling and manpower planning across outlets
