1. Drive Sales & Revenue Growth

Own the store’s revenue performance—achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Track and optimize key metrics like footfall, conversion rates, ABV, and customer loyalty.
Lead from the front in upselling and cross-selling excellence.
Conceptualize and execute promotions, campaigns, and in-store activations.
